Deep, inky violet red color. Aroma of crianza dominates with vanilla, oak, cacao and leather notes composing a delicate balance. On the palate it is ample, fresh and powerful with layers of licorice and spice. A long finish reveals traces of black pepper and smoke. Pairs well with cured meats, cheese and appetizers.
