Teófilo Reyes Reserva

DO Ribera del Duero, Spain (100% Tinto Fino) 750 ml Aged in American oak for 24 months TASTING NOTES It is made with the best grapes from our vineyards, and only from the years of superior quality. The production is classical: vintage is made by hand, fermentation takes place under controlled conditions, and after maceration of the wine with the skins, a slow pressing is made without stirring. Aged for a minimum of 20 months in French and American oak barrel. At sight is clean, with high-depth red maroon colour. At nose it is intense, with notes of sweet spices, roasting and minerals, all of them very well combined. The palate is powerful, rich and complex, with mineral and, roasted hues, and mature tannins, all very well integrated. Long in the mouth. Serve between 16º and 18º C. ANALYSIS Alcohol: 14 % Vol Reducing sugar: 1.3 g/l Total acidity: 5.35 g/l RD12.

Tamiz

TASTING NOTES With a stay of five to seven months in American oak barrels, it presents a bright red colour, with violet hues. At the nose it is intense with floral and red fruits aromas, and a hint of vanilla. The palate is broad, tasty, spiced, with a fruity retro nasal. Serve between 14º and 16º C. Vi de la Terra Mallorca, Spain (35% Callet, 35% Manto Negre, 30% Cabernet Sauv.) 750ml BACKGROUND This wine originates from the vineyards of Mallorca, mainly from the Southeastern region of the island, which benefits from the prevailing sea breeze and provides ideal conditions for the development of balanced and flavorful grapes. The average age of the vineyard is 20 years. VINIFICATION Vinification Hand picked harvest in small 10 Kg boxes. Manual selection of grapes on sorting table to ensure the strictest standards of quality and the optimal ripeness of the grape. Fermentation takes place in 7,000 L and 10,000 L stainless steel deposits with temperature controlled at 28ºC. The average maceration period is 17 days. TASTING NOTES Typically Mediterranean, limpid color, brilliant subtle fruity aromas, remembering law forest, spicy, elegant and very balanced in the mouth, well integrated tannins. Bla, Bla, Bla

Vi de la Terra Mallorca, Spain (100% Premsal) 750ml BACKGROUND This wine is produced from the premsal grape vineyards in the Felanitx region, where the nature of the soil locally known as “call vermell” provides the unique character and balance of the fruit. Production is on a small scale and the grapes are carefully selected before they are submitted to a medium aging (crianza) process which provides a fresh tasting finish. PRODUCTION The grapes are harvested entirely by hand using small 10kg boxes. They are then individually selected on arrival at the bodega. A 10 hour maceration process is followed by soft pressing and careful racking. Fermentation takes place at 16 ºC, one half in French oak casks and the other half in cement tanks. AGING The wine is aged and fermented 50% in casks and 50% in cement tanks, and kept in contact with its lees for a period of eight months. ACIDITY Alcohol Content: 12%.

El Casetero Crianza

DO Cariñena, Spain (70% Tempranillo, 30% Garnacha) 750 ml VINIFICATION Vineyards at 590 metres at Paniza. Mainly unirrigated, low-yielding, 25 year old, hand-picked bush vines. Winemaking Fermented for one week at 24- 28ºC and macerated for 10 days with at least two remontages. Ageing 6 months in American oak barrels. TASTING NOTES Colour Well-coloured and intensely deep towards the rim. Nose Aromas of ripe fruit combined with tones of vanilla and spice from the barrel. Palate Full-bodied, well-structured with soft tannins. BC03.

El Casetero Garnacha

DO Cariñena, Spain (100% Garnacha) 750 ml VINIFICATION Vineyards at 590 metres at Paniza. Mainly unirrigated, low-yielding, 40 year old, hand-picked bush vines. Fermented for one week at 24-28ºC and macerated for 10 days with at least two remontages . 20% of the wine is matured in French Oak for three months and then assembled to the young wine. TASTING NOTES Colour: Deep red color, with violet tones towards rim. Nose: Intense, tightly focused, fresh ripe fruit aromas. Palate: Refreshing juicy Garnacha with fleshy weight on mid-palate and exceponally balanced. Very easy to drink. BC02.
