Oenology: Hand-picked grapes are unloaded and immediately destemmed and crushed. The fermentation begins in vats at controlled temperature of 28ºC (82.4ºF). Maceration was intense and prolonged. The wine ages in vats and was stabilized and filtered over the course of one year.
Tasting notes: This wine presents a crystal clear garnet colour, with a nose full of red fruit, mellow and full-bodied, with soft tannins that gives it a lingering finish.
