TASTING NOTES

Burgundy coloured. Rich, varied and complex aromas of jam and forest fruits. Subtle spicy backdrop of vanilla, bay and pepper. Full-bodied with high quality tannins. Remain 7 months in stainless steel tanks with successive rackings, before transfer to American oak for 36 months.
