WINE MAKING
Lightly crushed after de-stemming. Macerated for a period of 12 hours before devatting to obtain the free run juice. Fermented in stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTES
Fresh floral aromas. Tropical tones of lime and pineapple. Full flavor with a touch of sweetness. Well balanced and refreshing acidity.
