WINE MAKING

De-stemmed and lightly crushed followed by a short maceration on the skins before devatting. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with no oak aging.

TASTING NOTES

Intense cherry red. Spicy aromas with excellent varietal character, young and powerful. In the mouth is gracious with fruit flavors, good balance and complexity.
