Aged in new and semi-new American-oak casks for 16 months and it was bottled in March 2007. Deep black-cherry colour, with a profound and complex nose. In the mouth it proves round and velvety-smooth, but with a lot of body and backbone. Suitable for drinking with roast and strongly spiced dishes. It must be opened 30 minutes before and be served at 18ºC.   ANALYSIS Alcoholic Content 13,74% vol. Total Acidity 6,1 gr/l. Volatile Acidity 0,73 gr/l. Aged in new and semi-new American oak casks for a period of 18 months, rounded off with a few more months in the bottle. A tasty and well structured wine, deep black-cherry colour, a fruity taste and an elegant finish with perfectly integrated sensations of oakiness. Highly recommended to accompany white or red meat, game or mature cheeses.   Serve at a temperature of 16º C.   ANALYSIS Alcohol Content 13,80 % vol. Total Acidity 4,8 gr/l. Vol Acidity 0,56 gr/l. Long maceration period to extract the colour. It’s clean in the nose. Red fruits and vegetable aromas. Full-flavoured, light and fresh in the mouth, with a very pleasant fruity palate and a warm finish due to its brief period in new american oak barrels. It’s quite adequate to accompany stewed pulses, white and red meats, poultry and matured cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 15 ºC.
